Fielding, The - (Chronicler) Located in London's Covent Garden at 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, directly across from the Royal Opera House. this historic hotel was named after the novelist Henry Fielding, and is where The Chronicler stayed when researching an article about The Wolf, and where Derek Hazard's invitation to meet at The Savoy Grille found him.

In the late 1960s Hazard was taken under the wing by a mysterious mentor who taught him how to crack safes and pick pockets, among other things. Hazard left Glasgow after turning on Thorneby, dismantling his operation and killing the vicelord in the early 1970s.

The red notice is essentially an arrest warrant. The blue notice is a standing request to identify, locate, and obtain information on a 'person of interest'. A green notice is issued on a criminal whose activities are considered a possible threat to the public. A yellow notice is used for information on a missing person, or a person who cannot identify him/herself. The black notice seeks information on unidentified bodies. The orange notice is used to warn of a person or object that is deemed a threat to people and/or property. The purple notice requests information on the hiding places, modus operandi, possessions, etc. of criminals.

JJ Fox, Ltd - (Chronicler) In business since 1787, JJ Fox is one of the finest tobacconists in London, and provides the special blends made to Derek Hazard's specifications. There are two locations, one at Bond Street, the other on St. James Street. Hazard frequents the former, as it was there that he first met Tiffany Bloom, the young Swedish beauty who would assist him in a number of exploits in the early stages of his career.

An interesting piece of trivia: The Savoy Hotel's entrance is on the only street where people must drive on the right.

In the 19th century the triads appeared in Hong Kong and Singapore, and were considered criminal organizations by the British, though they did assist new immigrants from China settle in these new areas. When the Communists took China over, the triads migrated to Hong Kong. Nine main triads emerged, each with control of a region. They engage in extortion, counterfeiting, prostitution and smuggling. The Chronicler wrote a book, Dragon's Blood, about the triads.
